AFTERUS - Falling

The first thing I notice is the clicking percussion that dances in the background of swelling synth chords and soft female vocals. This quickly shifts into a faster chorus filled with layers of synths, spliced vocals signature of that Stutter House sound, and brass-like trills. The second verse has a cinematic, muffled drum line that adds suspense to the sound. The track is aptly named as you get a feeling that you are falling through space throughout the listen. There’s a very unique blend of sharp electronic sounds with muffled instrumentation throughout this work.
