It has the emotional, sparse, introspective lyrical monologue of a fred again classic but with a unique sound. I really like that this artist leans into the drops without disrupting the integrity of the overall sound and emotion of the track. It feels melancholic but with a twist of hope. A blend of muffled and twiney synths make for a really complex and interesting texture and an all around great listen.
