Hessian - Shine

There is a ton of electronic layering in this track with synthetic textures, dynamic rhythmic undercurrents, and likely vocal elements from the collaborators. The combination of the energetic pace with a somewhat somber tone makes for an interesting listen. The beat pushes forward adding drive to the song while the harmonies make for a more calming listen. Because of the speed and minor mode, “Shine” feels like an urgent rush, but with a hint of hope. That duality is one of its more interesting features.
