James Lacey - Oysters in my Pocket

This track has a really infectious sound. There is a muffled, moody effect on the synths that instantly make you feel relaxed and carefree. Vocals lead the storytelling as the background builds with scintillating marimba-sounding melodies and bending guitars. It feels like summer, which is apt given the name. As the track progresses, so does the production with new layers added each verse that makes for an enriching listen through and through. I will definitely be adding this one to my rotation. It’s perfect for a low key hang out, working, or a late night drive.
