I personally think this is some of Kygo’s best work. He blends his sun-kissed tropical house roots with a heavy dose of folk elements, especially with the verses and vocals. The fast-paced guitar and pulsing beat give this a ton of energy from the get go. He uses three very distinct melodies and cadences in the verses, chorus, and drop, making this extremely dynamic and catchy. I’ve had this on repeat since it was released.
